产品生产中，客人发来一条邮件说：When the products are purcharsed FOB., please do not place in the BL the expenses of origin costs, according to the shipping place is not obligation. Place it is causing us problems with customs, as they are adding these costs in the liquidation of the merchandise.

客户说做的FOB，你们却把你们这边的一些港口费用转嫁到他那边了，导致他们海关把这些费用算在货值上去了（这样就要多交关税）。
