2、关于B产品，如果按照贵司要求的48CM生产，需要开模具，模具费大概需要RMB3000.00元，并且成本也要增加RMB 20 元/PC
本着长期合作的态度，我们老板的意思是，由我们工厂承担模具费用，贵司承担成本。
3、如果贵司不接受B产品的成本，那么，这款B产品，贵司可以从其他供应商那里拿货，我们以后只合作A产品。“

My boss have transmited the mail to me which Miss zheng send to him.he is very angry,and blame to me seriously.
He is renewed attention and hold a meeting to solve this tings.
Disposition as follows:
1. we will shippment the first container for product a.
2. as to product B,as you know,our regular product size is 30cm.If produce 48CM,it need make a new mold.the modl fee is USD620.00.and the cost will be add USD2.70 /PC.
We sincerely want to buildding a long business cooperation,so ,we can bear the mold fee.and could you bear the cost?
3.If not willing to bear the cost,in order not to delay your purchase season,please purchase this B from other suppliers.we can produce more A to make the container full.

Firstly, We are sorry for this mistake.
Our boss was very angry with it and he paid much attention to this mistake.
Below are our opinions:
1.We will ship one container of A products to you asap.
2. As for the product B,we will produce them according to your requirement and it is 48CM. It needs mould which costs RMB3000. Also, the unit price will be added by RMB20. in order to move smoothly to next step, we are willing to bear the moulds charges and we hope that you could accept the new price.
3. If you could not accept the new prices for B. It is better for you to check with other suppliers. We will only provide A from now on.
