加拿大外贸
刚开始是一个自称是在尼日利亚出差的英国外贸公司采购经理说他的客户要采购我们的产品，就和他通了一两封邮件。他就把他客户的邮箱地址和联系人给我了，还说在收到客户的货款时，要给他2%的佣金。然后就和这个客户直接联系，我查了下客户的公司是一家什么保险公司，说要订购1million 只。很是惊喜，发了PI过去。
今天还是一个邮箱地址，换了另外一个人联系，写的公司名字是什么尼日利亚的一家投资建筑公司。发来的附件是就是我要给大家看的，请给点意见，不知道是不是骗子？

老外要求如下：you are strictly required to come down or send your attorney for the endorsement of the contract agreement, other documents and certification at the Federal High Court in London to enable our paying bank HSBC carry out the telegraphic transfer payment subjected to be wired by T/T.
NB: You have the Option of appointing an attorney here in the status of Senior Advocate of Britain(SAB) to notarize the contract and sworn affidavit of support on your conmapny's behalf will diapatch all the documention to you through courier service channel for perusal and review.
说明一点是：老外自己说是100%TT in advance， 货分几次出 也由我们自己决定。

我想TT付款这么麻烦，就下午回复客户说 用30定金，70信用证付款，结果客户回复如下：
Since you were unable to understand the content of the Contract Award Letter, let me explain to you in details. *******PLC is a big Company, we often execute contracts for the Federal Government of Nigeria. We have our rules and regulations, we agreed to make the payment to your Company upfront but there has to be a representative from your Company to endorse the original documentation which we cannot send to you by Courier service. The documents has to be notorized, endorsed and authenticated at the law court. The representative would come either from your Country or you assign an attorney, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria S.A.N to represent the interest of your Company after which we will release the Contract money to your Company to start the production.
Whereby your Company happens to be unable to send a representative for the endorsement of the the hard copies for the agreement documents, you may have to get in touch with the agent Mr. Usman to assist you in getting an attorney to do so. But it is not every lawyer that can sign these documents, it has to be a Senior Advocate of Nigeria S.A.N.
Note that henceforth, your Company will be making the supply of your product to us every year. This is to the advantage of your Company, so it has to be properly endorsed and documented for us to have a successful business collaboration and cooperation.
We are not disputing the fact that you have done international trade business but this is Julius Berger Nigeria PLC, we have our own way of doing business and we are not short of Companies making supplies as there are so many Companies that would be willing to get their hands on this huge contract. If your Company cannot send a representative to Nigeria or appoint an attorney here for the final endorsement of the Contract Agreement, we will have to terminate the Contract Award Letter and award the contract to a more serious, capable and competent Company. You may get in touch with the agent Mr. Usman to assist you in getting an attorney if your Company cannot send a representative. You have only 48 hours to do so.
