求教各位大虾啊，这段话什么意思啊？合同的付款条款中的一条In case of pricing before Seller’s receipt of workable LC, the Buyer shall telegraphic transfer (TT) a US Dollar cash deposit with an amount agreed by the Seller, and further in case the Buyer has price fixed any tonnages based on placed security and the LME corresponding Nickel price collapse to a level making full placed security US Dollar cash unable to cover the pricing exposure, unless the Buyer deposits additional security by cash, the Seller has the right but not obligation to un-price all tonnages which the Buyer has price fixed with all costs and consequences for Buyer’s account

为了能在卖家收到可行的信用证明的情况下出价，买家最好电汇一笔美元现金保证金，额度由卖家认可。而且在卖家限定价格的情况下，对于任何被保吨位和受镍价格影响的电解铜，如果价格下跌到一个程度，连全额现金保证金都不能弥补价格差额，卖家有权利（但没有义务）取消对任何已经按买家条件限价的吨位的定价。（简而言之就是卖方有权力不卖，买方的前期投入和后果自负）
