Claims, if any as regards the quantity or otherwise of the goods delivered will be submitted to the seller within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery provided that in respect of goods which are so packed as it is not practicable to ascertain and examine the contents immediately. The company shall be entitled to submit claims if any, within seven (07) days from the date when the packages are opened. Payment regarding goods in respect of which claims are made will be postponed till one week after decision on the claims are agreed upon.评论

大概意思:如果出现产品数量方面的索赔，产品的包装不符合要求，买方刻检查包装内产品，并且自卖方交货之日起14天内将货物退回卖方。产品包装打开七日之内如出现相关数量问题，买方公司有权递交索赔。索赔产品项下的货款将会推迟一周，直至双方就索赔达成一致协议。
