PSL=Product Specification Level
产品分类等级：PSL（Product Specification Level）：规定了两种产品规范等级（PSL1和PSL2）。它们规定的标准技术要求水平不一样，PSL2对碳当量、缺口韧性、最大屈服强度、最大抗拉强度有强制性要求。
建议楼主下载API 5L标准学习一下。
API是美国石油学会(American Petroleum Institute)的简称，API标准世界通用，API 5L适用于直缝钢管，无缝钢管，螺旋缝钢管。
