ARTICLE-7. SPECIAL PROVISIONS:7.1 The Manufacturer shall not enter into any MOU/agreement of selling its Textile Chemical Products, under its own trademark, to any Business Concern of Bangladesh.
7.2 The Manufacturer shall not enter into any MOU/agreement of selling its Textile Chemical Products, under its own trademark, to any Business Concern of Bangladesh having selling/agency ship/distributorship business.
7.3 The Manufacturer shall not, using the trademark of the Country Exclusive Agent (CEA), enter into any MOU/agreement with any other business concern of selling its Textile Products in any other country.
