We are regretful to inform you that the delivery date of Order 123 will have to be transfered to a new
factory, who assures us of the quality and price you required, and be postponed to April 15th instead of
Feb. 25th for the reason that previous factory closed in the middle of this month as currently increasing
cost of yarns rolled it into a dead end, from which we suffered a huge loss also.
Would U pls confirm the above mentioned delayed delivery date to us so that we can proceed?

The former factory we cooperated with can not operate smoothly and declared bankruptcy this month because of the affection of high and rising cotton yarn price. We suffered great lose from this disaster and hereof regretfully inform you that the order of NO.123 was affected too. We now have arranged another factory to produce the products for you to make sure the fulfillment of the order without changing quality and price. But, the delivery time have to be postponed from 25th February 2011 to 15th April 2011.please kindly give your confirmation about this adjustment.
