Spring Festival is coming, which is the most important festival to chinese. Many people who work ourtside begin to go to thier homtown from one or two weeks ago. so we do not have enough workers to produce your goods. But we promised to delivery the goods to you in time, so we give your order to another factory which have plenty workers to finish the order. Your order is new to the factory, and the time is short, so they could not master the lenght of the product excatly.no matter how, we are very sorry for that. we will give you 5% discount to you to show our regret, though we have a few proft as the price of raw material raised this year.

译: The little difference of the length is due to,for timely delivery,finding new factory to helip manufacturing. Whatever,we are so sorry about it.
we have no profit at all due to the rise in cost of materials and labor. We are really so sorry to the fact that we can only share 5% of the discount.
Labor situation is quite different from before and somehow the plan is always rearranged.
Late delivery is caused by the workers goging home without getting salary in want of having CNY holiday.
