About 40,000 pcs each month
We can open L/C at sight for max 3 months period shipping quantity, and
the following L/C at sight for balance quantity 1 month before expiry of
1st one

译：我们可以开立3个月的即期信用证给最大装船数量，且之后用于剩下的装船数量的信用证在第一份信用证终止前一个月开立。
至于有什么风险就问问单证高人吧。。。
