加拿大进出口外贸重要邮件如何回复?请英语高手赐教。

请问大家:客户提出目标价,而我司不同意客户目标价(比客户目标价高)。我们老板让我们用邮件和电话分别回复,这两者分别回复的内容是什么,请大家帮帮忙!谢谢。我们是生产保险箱的。

According to above prices , we can see clearly that we only have two kinds of products that have not reached agreement. I believe we can cooperate in future, the reasons are as follows:
1)
The price differences between these two products are very small. Why our prices are a little higher than yours is that we use high quality locker system. Moreover , the thickness of safe body and safe door is exact thicker than common market. Last , we have good package.
2)
We can try our best to product goods and deliver goods as your requirements if we can reach agreement with the other two products.
3)
The other reason for the price difference is that product cost has rised a lot, which you maybe know.
