一份客户的免责声明，烦请各位帮忙翻一下DECLARATION OF EXEMPTION
The supplier releases xxxxxxxxx,as well as its commercial customers from all third party claims, which exist or already existed at the time of delivery through the breach of industrial property rights, copyright or other protection rights of a third party to items delivered by the supplier within Europe. The supplier is bound to inform xxxxxxxxof such protection rights, copyrights and other comparable rights to the delivery item and to defend , in the event of a third party claim, against such claims and to accept the costs resulting from the defence as well as the potential settlements including comparative financial statements. xxxxxxxxis to be informed immediately in the event of a claim.
哎，看来看去还是不是很明确准确的意思，麻烦大家帮小弟指点下。因为要盖章签字，公司也比较小心。最担心欧洲的专利，欧洲的专利太多了，搞害怕了，上次有个客户就是因为专利的事情搞的损失。客户已经下单，，即将发货的时候突然发来这个免责声明。
