如果是收到信用证后45天交货，就是45 days after receiving original L/C。
如果是定金+信用证的付款方式，那就是45 days after receiving deposit and original L/C。
楼主的这种方式还真没听说过，信用证还有保证金？

此处介词of造成含义含混不清开一张信用证，定金也以信用证支付的方式也是可以的，如
100% of the contract value by irrevocable L/C, among which
30% of the contract value as advance payment payable immediately after the opening of the L/C;
70% of the contract value payable at sight against the presentation of the follwoing documents:......
然后再确认交货时间如：
45 days after receiving deposit and original L/C。。。。
