Do you have a conditions for your agent ? If I offer you a yard and trading license, what is the requirements or your study to open a branch ?
If their is opportunity to be a partner in some factories, (( we can mortgage the machines by UAE law for some investing banks toward you !for securities purposes )) Are you ready to share ? Marketing and producing on the local partner cost.
You have the factories , I can arrange the other partners, at least if they pay some percent from price, I wana you think a bout it and reply me.

这个老外的英语够烂的，基本意思就是要说服你和他合作，他准备在本土开一个摊位（分公司），想拉你入伙，一起承担费用，一起合作。
