二楼的哥们儿翻得很好啊 赞！ 但是我提一点小小的语法问题 那就是我们经常犯得习惯性错误：
because 和 so 不连用，不同于汉语-----有因为就要有所以，英语里表达“因为....所以......”的时候只出现because或者so其中一个。例如：因为我爱你，所以我决定要娶你！ 英语应为： Because I love， I decide to marry you！（而非so I decide to marry you.)
另外相同的用法还有“尽管....但是....”， "Though...but...." 只用其中一个。

By checking the delivery record, we hereby confirm that all the controllers installed in our last samples are not compatible with IBM drivers as they call for non-standard ones.Only standard controllersshall be delivered unless otherwise specified by the customers. Presently the option we can offer is to change the controllers.

Double checked your shipping records carefully and sorry for all controllers( in last shipment) can't match with IBM Drivers,as you didn't inform us you want all controllers be match with IBM Drivers,so we've ship you our standard drivers & we only send the matchable IBM drivers under clients specific request,the way to slove this problem is to change the correct controllers at this time.
Sorry for the inconvenience which occured to you and we will confirm everything clearly with you in the future.
