弹簧行业，客户来了反映问题要求尽快解决。strut就是弹簧的意思，end fitting意思是弹簧的连接件，我感觉我看不懂客户到底出的什么问题第一封信
Hi lily,
I have just recieved a call from a client who has informed me that her strut came off the knob. The retainer clip had broken. The strut pierced through her cars tail light assembly. The costing for replacement of light is over $600. I can no longer use your struts until a sollution is found. I have become very anoyed and am embarrased about the strut quality that I am selling to people here..
Trusting you will contact me urgently. I will be using my previous suppliers struts until I am satisfied a solution has been found.

Lily,
I will retry and photograph strut problem again. The photo view is restricted due to the stripped end fitting being internal. However, I can show the thread that has been stripped off and still on the steel shaft thread. Also when I peel the stripped thread off this shaft I can show that. I have many stripped end fittings now but will take a picture of just a few and hope you can see what is happening. Will use my sons camera this time as we may be able to get a closer look. I will have to do that this weekend when he is free to help me. Regarding the broken retainer clips. They are not found. They must fly off the strut as they split. I am not sure were they end up. If I am able to retrieve a broken clip I will also photograph it for you Lily.

Trusting the photos are clear enough for you Lily, There are a couple of different shots. The clip is a broken one I repaired on Friday afternoon. The strut end is one that completly pulled out of the thread. Also many many struts in stock with stripped ends still to attend to.
Your assistance oin this matter will be appreciated.

我刚接了个客户的电话 她说她那夹子的支撑杆掉下来了,夹子坏了.那杆直接刺穿了她汽车的尾灯.换尾灯的钱得600多美元.我没法再用你们的杆儿了直到有解决办法为止.我感到非常愧对于我卖给人家东西的这些人,因为你们这杆儿的原因.相信你会很快跟我联系的我会先用我之前供应商直到有一个我满意的解决办法为止.
第二封信:
我会再试试的然后把杆儿出现的问题照下来.这照片的效果很有限啊因为断的那节还在里面呢.但是我可以出示另外那节断了的但是还在钢轴上的螺纹.当然了,我也可以出示我把这断了的这节儿搞下来的照片.现在这种断端头的零件还不少但是只能照一部分,希望你们看看到底是怎么回事儿.这回用我儿子的相机照,这样我们就可以近距离的看看了.这只能周末进行,因为那会他才不会用相机才能借给我~.(哥们儿挺无奈的).关于零售商怀了的那个夹子呢,找不到了.那肯定是夹子崩了以后给崩飞了.(劲儿够大了啊.)我不能确定最终那些玩意会变成什么样.如果我们拿回那坏的夹子,我也会给你照照片的.
第三封信:
我觉得那照片应该都清楚了.有一些不同的拍摄(角度).那夹子就是那个坏了的我周五中午又修好的那个.杆儿那根儿起是完全从螺丝上拽出来的.还有好多断端头儿的杆儿呢.你对这件事儿的帮助我很感激
