Out of kilter乱套了
kelter演化而来，意思是“身体健康，状况良好”，
out of可形容“不再拥有某种状态”，所以，out of kilter可用来指“缺乏秩序，效率低下甚至出现故障”
为了大家不至于无话题讨论，所以增加了每日一词。（每日一词从2010年10月1日正式开始发表）
