俄罗斯发过来的合同！麻烦大家帮忙翻译下！谢谢！the following documents: Invoice – 4 originals, Packing list – 4 originals, Detail packing list – 4 originals, Certificate of the Origin – 1 original, Marine Bill of Lading (3\3 original) if the delivery is made by means of sea transport) or Air waybill (1 copy) if the delivery is made by means of air transport, and other documents at the Customer’s request. The documents should be issued in strict accordance with the instructions given by the Customer. In case there are mistakes in the documents, the Executor shall be held responsible for possible losses and delays in the import customs clrearance.
6.13. The following documents should be sent by the Executor to the Customer by courier mail (DHL, UPS or TNT) no later than 12 days after the shipment of the goods:
- Invoice (4 originals);
- Packing list (4 originals);
- Detail packing list (4 originals);
- Certificate of Origin (1 original).
6.14. The delivery can be effected by the third parties on behalf of the Customer.
7. Acceptance of the Products
7.1 The Products shall be accepted by the Customer as to the number of package in accordance with the shipment documents. The final acceptance of the Products shall be performed upon arrival of the Products to the place of destination but should be in a reasonable period (not more than 15 days). After measurements taken customer composes unilateral act about an acceptance of products of qualities and quantities
8. Packing and marking and certificates.
8.1 The packaging should provide a lading protection from mechanical and other damages at loading, unloading and haul.
8.2 The products packing and labeling should be according to standard manufacturer packing and labeling recommendations and requirements.
8.3 The Products shall be marked as follows: Consignor, Consignee, production type, quantity (pcs) and party’s number, country of origin.
