when every time i finished the meeting ,i feel my mood is very bad.i don't know why he or she will do that.sometimes i really want to leave it now.but i can't ,it's not the chance to go for me.because i have many things to do .if the boss don't trust and appreciate you .what should you do?working step by step exchange his trust.i think it's not the best way.i must know what i need to want.then i can do .for him,he is just one stage of my career.if i can learn much thing,i stay,if i can't.i'll go .anyway.to be youself,if you can't stand ,you can choose to go .i allways believe i'll live a better life than him.Thanks for your attention.when i wrote this paper,i just want to express the mood of then.there is no meaningful.

I feel really bad everytime after meetings. I just don't know why he or she could even do that to me. Sometimes i really want to quit but i can't since it's not the right time and i've got much things on hand to be done.
If your boss doesn't trut you, what would you do? Improve your performance to gain his trust?
I must figure out what i want and strike for it. To me, he is only some passenger in my career life, so if i can learn much things here, i'll stay, otherwise, i'll resign. I totally believe i would have a brighter future than he does. 呵呵,有点地方衔接不好~~~~

Well, I just do not get your point...... why do you stay there if your boss does not trust or appreciate you. You should resign if I were you. And, how do you know you'll have a better life than him? You can dream whatever you want to dream. But, get a life!!
