这个句子有点中国式了，老外说话没我们这么多修饰词的，累赘。
hesitate是动词，要么改为without hesitation,要么改为without hesitating
建议改为：If you have any questions, you can ask me without hesitation/hesitating!
或Please ask me without hesitation/ hesitating if you have any questions.
又或者直接用hesitate也可以，但不是这么用。
建议改为：Please do not hesitate to ask me if you have any questions.
