朋友让帮忙翻译，水平有限。请高手给修改下，谢谢。新公司名自10月1日起用,但是10月1日之前发的订单不用修改,旧公司会完成10月1日之前所有的业务后再关闭,工厂都不变更,仍旧通过了ISO9000

Our new company name will be using on 1st Oct 2010, but the order our received before 1st OCT 2010 do not need modify, our former
company will be completed the order which our received before 1st OCT 2010 and then closed all operations. The factory doesn’t change,
still passed the ISO 9000 and ISO 14000, just company name is changed.

Our new company name will be used since 1st Oct 2010, but the orders received before 1st OCT 2010 do not need to be modify, our original company will close its operations after completing all the orders received before 1st OCT 2010. Only the company name is changed. And the factory will be remain the same with keeping the ISO 9000 and ISO 14000.

The name of our new company will come into use on October 1st. while all the orders signed before October 1st will be completed under the name of the former company. What's more, the factories would not be changed and the products still meet the ISO 9000 and ISO 14000, please note!
