前几天我们寄得样品客户检测泄露很厉害。由于产品不是我们厂自己生产的，合作的工厂有2种产品，一种是壁厚比较薄的，价格低。一种壁厚合格，价格高点。开始我们买样品的人不知道，错寄给客户的是壁厚薄的，他们检测不合格。现在我们想重新寄样，客户这样回复。我怎么回复邮件可以获取客户信任。下面是往来邮件

I’m terribly sorry about the leakage and the disqualification of wall thickness.It's totally our fault .We must made some mistakes.Please accept my deepest apology.I hope you can give us 1-2 days to prepair 2 new samples for you. The new samples will qualified this time.

We have tested the ball valves received as samples and they leaked terribly. The wall thickness is much less than the standard ball valves of their pressure class. We are very disappointed at the failure.
