PO shipment date and late shipment penaltyAll shipment dates on the PO’s represent the last date to ship out the goods based on cargo receipt from forwarder. We will enforce late shipment penalties if the factory ships the goods to the forwarder 1 day late from the actual PO’s latest ship date. We will charge 5% late penalty for every week late based on the actual PO date.
For example, if you shipped 1 day late, a 5% late penalty will be incurred based on PO amount. Eight days late will be subjected the late penalty of 10% based on PO amount.
We will reserve the right to cancel and claim for the damages incurred, including the markdown money, loss of profit and business whenever it is applicable after 4 weeks late from the PO shipped date.
Pls make sure you are ON TIME to ship out all the goods.

PO上装船日期及延迟装运的处罚
PO上标明的所有装船日期是指根据货代的货运收据上写明的最后货物运出日期。
若工厂迟于在PO实际所标明的最后出货日期之后一天交货，我们将执行延迟装运的处罚条例。
我们将基于PO上的实际日期，每周收取5%的逾期费用。
例如：若推迟一天交货，则将扣除PO上金额的5%作为罚款。8天之后将按PO金额的10%扣款。
若晚于PO日期四周交货，我们将保留取消订单，或对所造成的损失进行索赔的权利。其中包括
货物降价，利润及业务的流失等等。
请确认准时发货。

大意：
工厂的出运日期不能晚于订单上规定的日期，否则客人会向你们加收罚款，客人会依照货代FCR上的日期来判断船运是否延误
罚款从延误船运的第一天开始每7天计算一次，每次收取订单金额的5%。四次之后客人会考虑是否向你们索赔
所以确认你们可以及时出运货物
