一下是一个客户发过来的有关于开关的性能，有些不是很懂，请求翻译，急急~~~Performance
1. rating: AC125V 15A,AC250V 8A
2. test conditions: AC125V ON90A, Pf 0.6±0.05
OFF12A, Pf0.9±0.05
AC250V ON50A, Pf0.6±0.05
OFF8A, Pf0.9±0.05
3. breaking capacity: shall withstand the following tests.
i) apply 100cycles of the following operation at a rate of 15/MIN..
close a circuit through which a current of 135A (Pf 0.8±0.05)
at 125A passes by the switch under test. Then, open this circuit by an auxiliary switch 50 to 100sec. after each closure.
ii) apply 100cycles of making and breaking operation at a rate of 15/min. a circuit with a current of 99A (Pf 0.6±0.05) at 137.5V
4. initial contact resistance: shall have insulation resistance more than 100MΩ when applying a voltage of DC2-4V
end a current of 1A in the circuit.
5. insulation resistance: shall have insulation resistance more than 100MΩ.
The measurement being made 1 min. after application of DC500V.
6. dielectric strength: shall withstand without breakdown and flash over applying voltage as follower.
AC2000V 1MIN.: between each terminal and metal body.
AC4000V 1MIN.: between each terminal and operating lever.
7. normal operation: shall withstand the following tests:
1) apply 50000 cycles of the following operation at a rate of 30/min.
close a circuit through which a current of 90A (Pf 0.6±0.05) at 125V
current is reduced to 15A 50 to 100mSEC. after closure of the circuit. Then open this circuit.
2) after the test (1), shall withstand and dielectric strength test with a voltage of AC1500V applied for 1min.
3) after the test (1), the temperature rise of the terminals shall be less then 55deg.
8. dust protection: refer to provided standard particulary
9. contact point interval: 3mm and over.
10. others: shall comply with approved dwg.
11. remarks: disposal of accessories
deliver M12*1 lock nut and washer with disassembly in the lump.(B.NO.1)
i) deliver M12*1 lock nut and washer and two screws with disassembly in the lump.(B.NO.2)
deliver M12*1 lock nut and washer and one guide plate with disassembly in the lump.(B.NO.3)
deliver M12*1 lock nut and washer and one guide plate and two screws with disassembly in the lump.(B.NO.4)
