Claims concerning the package contents, number and quality shall be stated within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the day of the Equipment’s delivery. 如果要对包装内容,数量,质量提出索赔,请在设备起运日起60天内提出.索赔必须包括设备的海运单与运输单据的号码与日期.设备的缺陷,他们的规格特征.索赔所需的费用.向卖方提出索赔,及相关依据.
