后面说的70贵司生产，30客户生产是之前为了减少运费合计出来的。

开始我只能订购500对， 随后的订单采购量会增加。
这是不是意味着进口条件为，我之前所做的减少运费（协议）不能付诸实践：70%你们负担，30%我们负担。
