这两种在我的理解都是租赁，交钥匙就是买方只管出钱，至于设备的维护和运行等相关事项都归卖方负责，而在rental的条款里设备的维护和运行等相关事项则都是买方的责任范围。请问是这样子的吗？评论

rental只是对租赁这件事情进行描述定义, turnkey还要负责设备的运行, 保养, 运输, 维修等

Thanks for your attention and answer. I have took your advice, looked into a dictionary, accroding to which turnkey means complete and ready to use immediately. Therefore, I am confused now, whether turnkey means to rent or to buy something in stock, when there is no actual word of on rental basis? Looking forward to your answer and have a nice day!
