客人又索要样品，这次我死活不肯了 所以想给对方回复以下邮件，帮忙翻译下，谢谢。由于太多客户索要样品又一点音信都没有，我们的工厂一听到寄样品，就没有多大信心而不大愿意寄样品。所以，请客人谅解，先汇样品费过来，运费到付。如果没有账号，就汇样品费和运费。

是不是可以在后面补个如果生意做成样品费和运费到时候会退还?
my dear , there are too many customers asked to send samples everyday. and no news after the sample deliveried. our factory have no confidence about it , so it would be very nice of you if you can afford the cost of the sample and the cargo first. we will be pay it back to you once you order from us. hope you can understand.

we always send free samples to our customers before. Unfortunately, free samples without any furture information from them which makes us have to furfil the new rule for any samples will be send with charge base on freight on your account. .( BTY, the charge of sample will be deducted form the payment if you place order----我自己加的）pls let us know you freight account or samples after you pay for it .Your kindly understanding will be appreciated.
