Quality claim should be submitted within 7 days after receiving goods. Party B shall inform the other party of its occurrence in writing as soon as possible and thereafter sends pictures of damaged parts which caused by package, manufacture or other subjective complication of party A or a certificate of the quality issued by the relevant authorities. And after Party A's final confirmation, Party A shall provide party B the new parts of the machine instead of the damaged parts of machine for free.谢谢。

质量索赔需要在收到货物后七天内提出。B方需以书面形式尽快通知对方。并请附上图片以示货物的损失是因为包装,生产或者A方的其他原因所造成的.或者出示相关部门签发的质量证明.在A方确认后,A方需要免费为B方提供新的机器配件替补坏损的。
