We have one air vessel in which air is pressurized under 20 bar. To that vessel a main pipe of 38 x 3 size is connected which has 4 branches afterwards.Each branch has specific requirements which are as below.
1) branch 1 : pressure require at o/p = 7 bar & flow 4800 lpm of air
2) branch 2 : pressure require at o/p = 7 bar & flow 5800 lpm of air
3) branch 3: pressure require at o/p = 7 bar & flow 7200 lpm of air
4) branch 3 : pressure require at o/p = 7 bar & flow 4800 lpm of air
Each branch has PRV, we just want to ensure that require flow should pass through each branch when it is operated. For that we need flow control valve in each branch.
The flow control valve should be connected to 38x 3 size of pipe. Please reply as soon as possible with product brochure.
