3.2.3急性中毒时为防止虚脱，应使患者头部无枕躺下，挣扎乱闹时，按住手脚，注意不应妨碍血液循环和呼吸。患者失去知觉时，应使其头部低下卧躺，注意呼吸畅通；呼吸微弱或休克时，可进行人工呼吸。
Acute toxicity, in order to avoid collapse, make the victim lie down without a pillow, hold hands and feet of the victim if he struggles, pay attention not to hinder blood circulation and breathing. If the victim lose consciousness, make him lie down with his head lower, pay attention to his breath, if his breath is weak or he is shock, artificial breathing shall be given.

Oral toxicity, first,if it's non-corrosive substance ,you should use emetic method to induce vomit immediately,second, emetic method is not suitable for those who are wrongly taken strong acids and alkali subatance, milk, albumen etc will be the best way under such situation, third,emetic method will be prohibited to those who are wrongly taken the petroleum substance and those who are unconsciousness ,patient with difficult breath and inspiratory croup of breath.
