外商的：WARRANTY:- The Seller would at their option repair or replace free of charge any engine supplied by them or any part or parts thereof which are shown to their satisfaction to be defective due to faulty material or workmanship. This is, however, subject to the Buyer fulfilling their obligations as to payment and compliance with the conditions below:
a) Any letters, numbers or other marks, which appear on or are attached to the engine must not have been altered, defaced, obscured, obliterated or removed.
b) The engine has not been altered, tampered with or misused and must have been installed, used and serviced in accordance with the instructions issued by The Seller
c) The engine application, maximum power absorption, operating speed, operating environment (temperature, humidity and altitude) must be made know to the Seller.
- The period of this warranty will be twenty four months (12 months) from the date of commissioning by Shanghai XXXXX
- The Seller’s liability under this guarantee is strictly limited to repair or replacement at their discretion and does not extend to any other cost, loss, consequential damages or contingent liability whatsoever
我之前有和外商谈好，说国外派专人进行现场维修，除非往返机票、食宿买方全部负责。否则，机器出现故障，外贸只通过网络或电话的形式，进行技术指导帮助。
对于使用过程中损坏的零件，1年内可以免费提供，但是运费到付。

The specialist will offer you on-site maintenance based on round trip (air) ticket and board & lodging on your account. otherwise, we only offer you technological guidance by internet or phone if there is sth wrong with the machine.
The damaged component will supply you freely based on freight collect in one year.
