各位，请指教如何向客人解释产品出现质量问题产品的外观出现龟裂现象，影响交期，不能正常出货。现在正与供应商沟通，想办法解决问题。希望你能明白

due to quality problem(appearance),the products of your order can not be shipped to you on time. we are negiotating with the supplier andt trying to find ways out,hoping you can understand it.
