如题，帮忙翻译以下弃权条款，thanks a lot.No waiver of any breach or default under this Agreement shall be effective unless the waiver is in writing and signed by the party against whom the waiver is claimed. No waiver of any breach or default shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other or subsequent breach or default.

如违背或者违反本合同，该弃权条款不会生效。除非没有违反的一方提出让违反的一方签订书面的弃权条款。
