请谈谈你在XX的工作情况？Please talk about your work in XX.
AC: 2008年8月加入XX公司造纸事业部，现在在Finance部门，负责Corporate Shanghai和广西贺州公司的会计工作，以及和XX一起协助XX做Monthly Reporting
I joined XX in August,2008, now I am in the Finance Department, I am responsible for the accounting work of Corporate Shanghai and Guanxi Hezhou , and assist XX to do Monthly Reporting together with XX.
能告诉大家你平时的爱好是什么吗？Can you tell us what you like to do in your spare time?
AC：我比较喜欢旅游，会利用节假日的时间到处走走，目前去过青海湖，西宁，甘南夏河，兰州，敦煌，西安，凤凰，海南，广西龙胜，阳朔，德天瀑布，河南洛阳，开封，山西平遥，大同，福建厦门和南靖，安徽黄山，湖北武汉，香港，澳门，柬埔寨
I like travelling, I take advantage of holidays to travel around, so far I have been to Qinghai Lake, Xining, Gansu Xiahe, Lanzhou, Dunhuang, Xian, Fenghuang, Hainan, Guangxi Longsheng, Yangshuo, Detian Waterfall, Henan Luoyang, Kaifeng, Shanxi Pingyao, Datong, Fujian Xiamen and Nanjing, Anhui Huangshan, Hubei Wuhan, Hongkong, Macao and Cambodia.
你是怎么处理好工作和学习的关系？How do you deal with the relationship between work and study?
我一般都是利用晚上的时间进行学习，但是一般也不会很晚，因为要保证充足的睡眠，才能不影响第二天的工作。
Generally I make study in the evening, but generally won’t be too late, since enough sleeping must be guaranteed, so next day’s work won’t be affected.
能拿到全国第一的成绩非常不容易，你在学习方面有什么经验可以介绍吗？It is not easy to get the national highest score, can you introduce some experiences on study to us?
我觉得学习一定要有好的方法，我会集中精力在key points上和多做练习，做练习可以进一步加深我们对知识点的理解和掌握。
I think you need have a good method on study, I focus on Key points and do a lot of practices, doing practice can further deepen understanding and mastering on knowledge point.

generally i made study in the evening but not too late.
