价格他暂时接受了，如果你要加去商标的费用，加多少你要给客户说一下。应该是直接去掉的意思，他的理解可能是你会去掉商标然后换成别的，所以问了句为什么不是直接去掉。
接下去你要讲清楚，商标是去掉还是换成别的，价格要增加到多少，看他反应了！

看内容价格对方是接受了..然后他关注的是商标...他现在说的是直接去掉这个商标..在他以前的邮件中他有提到他对商标的要求:also make sure they are made for US market..I need them to have content, wash instruction and made in(内容,洗涤说明,生产国别?我是不知道是不是这意思.但我想你应该一看就懂了.)你要针对他对商标的要求来回复他.或者说让他在下一封邮件中附一个他们所需要的商标的样本.然后就是要再一次指出,费用需要他们来承担了...

是给另外一个客人的，根据他们的要求生产的，现在那个客人倒毙了，我们的货也就变库存了。

这就对了，既然是按照其它客人要求生产的，为什么剪商标的费用要现在这个客人出？如果我是他，我也想不通。
建议你先问客人要不要贴他们自己的商标，如果要的话就好说了，费用另算。
如果不要的话，你最好能给他一个能说服他的理由出这笔剪标的费用。
