AUTOMATIC LAMINATOR MACHINEBrief Introduction
The Automatic Laminator produced by Tokyo Wenhong Printing Machinery Co,.Ltd.,which combines the advanced packaging techology from Tokyo Japan and synthesizes the unique features of the printing machinery industry at home and abroad.The machine is of high efficiency and stable quality,and it mount cardboard ,E/A/B corrugated board,corrugated double wall.
The machine includes Feeder section, Printing sheet conveyor, Conveyor of the corrugated sheet bench, Gluing and attaching unit, Pressurizing conveyor,and the whole machine .
1. Feeder section
(1) The feeder adopts universal driven device that can be easily adjust and continue sheet conveyor enbles steady feeding of sheet ,max pile height is 1.8m.
(2) The feeding station equipped with worm wheel and worm gear to raise or lower.The dual protection of upper limit lock switch and brake motor provide a guarantee for continously feeding.
(3) Equipped with non-contact switch to control the rise paper table to avoid electrical faults.
2. Printing sheet conveyor
(1) The four conveyor belts equipped with vertical bar of the sheet pressing rubber wheel and sheet pressing rubber wheel to ensure smooth delivery.
(2) The conveyor of surface sheet and bottom sheet equipped with the lastest double-push pawl design,to prevent the sheet from deformation and ensure the accuracy of attached,allows for the more perfection of sheet paper.
(3) Non-stop situation adjustment can be adjust the paper advance and retreat easily and precisely and make the surface sheet and bottom sheet attached exactly.
(4) The track of printing surface sheet and bottom sheet conveyor equipped with safety examination switch,when the paper run wrong the machine will be shut down to protect the axle and other parts from damage.
3. Conveyor of the corrugated sheet bench
(1) Patent suction leather belt delivery paper device can ensure the conveyor stable and reliable.In coordination with side board,sheet intake knives,suction belt and guide rod can be deliver the bottom paper accurately and continuously.
(2) Intermittent clutch coupled with suction convert and belt to send the paper smoothly.
(3) Attached with suction dust filter can absorb the dust,thus to prevent the converter and air blower from being blocked.
(4) Equipped with photo sensor to make easier for counting.
(5) The new design of second initiative feed device can ensure paper reach the feed location exactly and prevent paper from damage.
(6) The conveyor of corrugated sheet adopts automatic control that allows the synchronous attchment of surface sheet and bottom sheet.If the surface sheet is not enough,the bottom sheet will not be deliver,or the bottom sheet less than definite number,the machine will be shut down and give an alarm.When the surface sheet deliver into the range of detection,the photo sensor will send singal to the main control box and start the switch,then deliver the bottom sheet, and make the surface sheet and bottom sheet convey synchronously.
4. Gluing and attaching unit
(1) The stainless steel anilox roller which can through the handle to adjust the volume of gluing and the draft of bottom sheet to ensure the glue can paste on the bottom paper evenly.
(2) Through the probe to detect the level of glue to control the automatic pump system.If the glue is not enough,it will be supply automatically to ensure the quality of paste.when the probe detect there is no glue and can not supply in 10 seconds, the machine will be shut down automatically.
(3) The magma pump suction nozzle equipped with filter which can filtering the impurities to ensure the quality and extend useful time of the pump system and the gluing device.
(4) Through the front back compression roller to complete the attachment of surface sheet and bottom sheet.The first set:thickness of two sheets; the second set:80% of the thickness of two sheets,allowing the pasting and attaching more fastness.
(5) Equipped with MC belt and synchronous belt which can improve the stable of transducer and reduce the noise .
(6) The lastest design of gravure steel roller can solve the problem of cardboard pasting uneven and the cardboard above 270g/m2 can gluing evenly.
(7) The basin to clear roller adopts rise/drop and body outside structure ,which provides convenience condition for clearing box and roller.
5 Pressurizing conveyor
(1) The sheet attched from impression roller and in coordination with depression bar into the pressing belt orderly.
(2) Using the conveyor`s drive set and the soft belt to deliver paper,which allows the sheet paper to joint more firmly and smoothly,facilitating the next operation.
(3) Removing the upper compression conveyor and according to the size of the product to use the space of conveyor fully.
(4) The delivering portion with press which is extended to 6 meters long allows the sheet paper to joint more firnly and smoothly,facilitating the next operation.
6.The whole machine
(1) The power of the whole machine equipped with inverter motor to ensure that different products need different speed.
(2) The main parts of all machine adopt plastic and steel gear and notched belt to reduce noise and deterioration,which can ensure the accuracy.The maximum speed of the machine can get 100 pcs/Min.

东京文洪全自动裱纸机简介
东京文洪公司生产的裱纸机，秉承日本东京包装的先进技术，综合国内外各家之长，生产效率高、质量稳定。除可裱单层、三层、五层等瓦楞纸外，还可生产卡纸对裱。
该机由飞达走纸部、过桥输送部、瓦楞纸浪纸台、上糊贴合部、压着输出组成。
一. 飞达部
1.飞达头采用单张连续式给纸，走纸简单、稳定，飞达头采用万向传动，可轻松调节，堆纸台最大堆纸高度1.8米。
2.输纸台采用蜗轮、蜗杆升降，上限锁定开关和升纸台刹车马达的双重保护，为输纸台安全连续输纸提供了有力的保障。
3.采用无触点开关控制升纸台的频繁起制动避免了因使用有触点开关而带来的电气故障。
二．过桥输送部
1.四条输纸皮带配以压轮和压杆，保证面纸平稳输送。
2.面纸和底纸推送采用最新式的二段双推爪设计，避免纸张产生变形，确保贴合精度，又可达到纸张美观之目的。
3.不停机相位调整器，可以方便、精确地调整面纸进退，使面纸、底纸正确贴合。
4.在印刷面纸和底纸的输送轨道上，装有安全检测开关，在纸张错误行走时，予以停机，保护轮轴等部位不受损伤。
三．浪纸台
1.专利吸风皮带式送纸机构，走纸平稳可靠。侧挡板、进纸刀、吸风递纸皮带和后导杆的配合，能够准确连续地将底纸输送出去。
2.离合器间歇动作，加上风量切换器配合皮带，顺利将纸张送出。
3.浪纸台附有吸风集尘过滤装置，可吸收底纸的纸尘，避免切换器和鼓风机之阻塞。
4.浪纸台装有光电计数电眼，方便计数工作。
5.全新设计的二次主动送纸装置，保证纸张到达准确送纸位置，不会被推爪打坏纸张。
6.浪纸送出全自动控制，以使面纸、底纸同步贴合。当面纸缺张，底纸也不送出，或
当底纸缺张过设定数时，则停机报警。面纸行进至电眼侦测范围内时，电眼发出讯号至主控箱，启动浪纸台离合器，开始输送底纸，实现面纸和底纸同步输送。
四．上糊贴合部
1.不锈钢网纹辊均匀上糊，通过手柄可方便地调节糊量大小及底纸吃水度，保证浆糊均匀涂布于底纸上。
2.通过探针侦测浆糊面的高低来控制自动泵糊系统工作，浆糊损失自动补充，保证上糊质量；探针侦测无浆糊时，在10秒钟无法补充时，机台自动停机。
3.糊泵吸嘴采用过滤网，滤去了浆糊中杂物，保证上糊质量，延长了糊泵系统和上糊机构使用寿命。
4.面纸和底纸的贴合，通过前后两组加压辊完成，第一组加压辊的间隙与纸张厚度相同，第二组加压辊为纸张厚度的80%，使产品的贴合更加牢固。
5.采用MC齿轮与同步齿型带驱动，大大提高传动的平稳层度和减低机器噪音。
6.最新设计出网纹涂布钢辊，最终解决了裱卡纸涂布不均匀的问题，使270g以上的卡纸都能均匀地涂上胶水。
7.清洗辊之水盆采用可升降，拖出机体外结构，为清理清洗水盒及清洗辊提供了更方便的条件。
五．压着输送部
1.从加压辊出来的贴合纸张通过压条配合重叠有序的进入压着皮带。
2.利用加压输送机构和软质宽皮带压附输送纸张，使纸张贴合更加牢固、平整，出压着部就可进行后续工作。
3.可移动上部加压输送机构，根据产品的大小充分利用输送机的空间。
4.加长至6米的压着输送部，使纸张贴合更加牢固、平整。
六．整机传动
1.整机动力源采用变频调速马达传动，确保了不同产品所需的不同速度。
2.全机主要传动部位采用塑钢齿及齿形皮带传动，降低了噪音，减少机件本身行走损耗以确保精度，把机器的最高速度提到100张/分钟。
