1, splashbacks are to be toughened starphire glass ,cokour as shched. sealed with waterproof flexible sealant all round, confirm colour on site.
2 .kickplates are too be plastic laminate faced 18mm moisture resistant particleboard, sealed to the floor with matching colour flexible sealant.
3,hinges: provide blum concealefd all-metal hinges with the follwing features; adjustabke for height ,side and depth location of door; self-colsing action;hold-open function; nickel plated
4, slides: blum tandemboe or equal
5 ,handles: refer to fittings schedule
6: flap stays: hafale delta lift nickel plated stay with active brake on closing, set to 70deg max open max open, or equal
7： fasteners and adhesives: provide fasteners adhesives or both to transmit the loads imposed and ensure the rigidity Or the assembly. do not split, discolour or the otherwise damage timber or sheets
1 construction: build components square and install plumb. secure plinths and carcasses to floors, walls or both at not more than 600mm centres
2 joints provide materials in single lengths without visible joints in any one surface, if any joins are required inform the architect of likely position before proceeding
visibility : do not provide visible fixings except in the following location:
inside cupboards and drawer units ,in all cases provide proprietary caps over fixing heads
junction with structure scribe plinths, benchtops, splashbacks, ends on cupboards, kickboards and returns to follow the line ig floors or walls,junction between splashback and benchtop to be nininmum smm and filled with polyurethane or heavy duty silicone sealant in matching colour
flxtures: provide opening foe fixtures and fittings in accordance manufacturers instructions or templates
