The price is the origin of market economy, so are the cause of the price war single or not? wht should they do for the decision-makers In the presence of these interprises? which is a debated question at present, so this paper borrowed lessons from western economy concept while base itsself to the reality of present china, in order to preserve consumers' profits. it research and discuss the price war among the enterprises in china then proposed stradegy for how to dealing with the price war among interprises in china.
