上次发给客户的产品出了问题，后来才发现原来是客户自己把产品做反了，现在我要跟他解释一下这个问题，然后教他一些方法，但是我发现有些语法写出来好像很不对，希望大家帮忙帮我指出来。如果能帮我改的更好就更好了，先谢谢大家了Just now we have studied at your problems carefully again, we find a problem is you put the PET film in opposite direction, in fact, you should be put the aluminum layer outside, which the film is inside, but now you have put the film outside, and the aluminum layer inside, then you got the problems. 中文的大概意思就是：
刚刚我们又仔细的研究了一下你们的产品出现的问题，我们发现一个问题就是你们把PET膜做反掉了，事实上是应该把铝层做外面，膜做到里面，但是你们把膜做到了外面，铝层做到了里面，所以就出现了问题，你可以再试下把铝层做外面，膜做里面，看看会不会出现这种情况，如果再出现这种情况，建议你们再加一层青釉（化学物品）。
另外，关于抓痕的问题，只要你们客户把膜拉平整，紧实，就不会出现这种问题了。
另外，教您一种方法，就是如何判断哪面是铝层：
将PET膜在墙上或者粗糙面摩擦，如果那面是铝层的，那么铝层就会脱落，铝层脱落后膜就会变透明
如果那面是膜的话，就不会脱落，也不会变透明。
我想这个问题应该不是我们产品的问题，是你们生产的问题。你们可以按照我们的方法试试看。

其实老外没有什么固定的说法的，讲英语很随便的，只要能理解了，就好了，我是能看懂的。要不你问下他懂你说的吗？呵呵...

第一段有点晕，能不能把but now you have put the film outside, and the aluminum layer inside, then you got the problems.
改成 but the product you provide is compeltely in opposite direction,so the problems occured.

不要逐字逐句的翻译, 你的中文第一句就一个意思, PET膜做反了, 膜在里面, 铝层在外面, 你翻来覆去的讲了好多次,
这样翻成英文, 看得非常吃力.

Tips to recongnize aluminum layer:

It is probably not the material itself but your production process. Try the way we suggest.
