供货方应负责买方的技术培训，培训内容包括设备结构及维护，设备控制及操作，程序维护及编制。培训在买方现场进行，要求供货方技术人员指导，制定培训大纲，提前三个月提供给买方认可。通过培训，买方的技术人员能掌握有关操作和维修技能，较熟练地调整工艺，及时处理各种故障。The Supplier shall be responsible for technical training of the Buyer, training content shall include equipment structure and maintenance, equipment control and operation, program maintenance and compilation. Training shall take place in the Buyer’s site, it is required that technical personnel shall guide, compile training outlines, provide to the Buyer for confirmation 3 months in advance. Through training, technicians of the Buyer will master relevant operation and repair skills, adjust process skillfully, and handle each kinds of failure in time.

供货方保证生产线经过其正确指导安装、调试后在整个系统投料运转30天内，达到产品经济技术指标。The Supplier guarantee the production line shall meet product economic technical index after his proper guidance, installation and commissioning, within 30days of the whole system feeding and in operation.
