很遗憾听到您公司退展的消息,是什么原因呢,关于贵司提出的退展位费用的问题,我个人不能同意,得和公司领导报告,看他们的意见,同时也很希望贵公司能再次慎重考虑,不要轻易放弃这个机会.那位高手能给些参考翻译

I'm sorry to hear your company is about to quit the exhibition. I wonder why. Personally I'm afraid I can't agree on the issue of booth fee refund. I have to report it to our boss and ask for opinions. Meanwhile, we hope you can mull it over. Pls don't give up this opportunity easily.
