Brief Introduction of Xx Copper Products Processing Industrial ParkA. Project Background
Xx has a long history, it is one of the origins of Chinese bronze culture, it is about 40 kilometers from the modern copper capital Tongling, Xx has owned her beautiful mountains and clear rivers, Dagong Mountain ancient copper mining and smelting relic site belongs to Important Historical Monuments under Special Preservation, and enjoys a reputation of ancient copper capital.
Xx holds abundance of mineral resources, 30 kinds of minerals have been confirmed so far, among them, 8 kinds are metallic, 22 kinds are non-metallic. Metallic minerals mainly are copper, lead, zinc, molybdenum, gold etc. reserves are abundant and have huge exploitation value. The reserves of copper in the whole county area is 43.1x104t, the reserves of lead and zinc is 12.2 x104t and 41.2 x104t respectively. Among them, copper, lead and zinc resource amount of Yaojialing deposit has been confirmed to be 62.4x104t (copper is 90000t, lead is 120000t, zinc is 41.4x104t), resource amount of gold deposits is 20.7t and meet national large quantities of mineral reserves. Currently there are around 40 enterprises engage in metallic mine extraction in the whole country, around 10 enterprises engage in copper product processing, copper processing enterprises that have entered Xx Economic Development Zone are: Anhui Yongjie Copper Industry, Wuhu Hengchang Copper Foil, Xx Xinhongfei Magnetic Wire, Wuhu Jinlong Electrical Material, Wuhu Sujia Cable, Wuhu Kete Wire and Cable, Wuhu Hongzhan Magneticf Wire, Wuhu Jueqi Copper Foil etc. processing enterprises.
Adjacent Tongling city has been proven by the People's Government of Anhui Province as copper mining, smelting, processing and recycling base, Tongling’s advanced smelting, processing technology and capacity of 900,000t of electrolytic copper can provide technical support and material guarantee for Xx to develop copper industry. Join Tongling, meet radiation, combine resource advantages of our county and industry advantages of Tongling, establish copper industry corridor along Nantong Road (S320 provincial highway).
B. Project Construction Site: Xx Economic Development Zone
Xx Economic Development Zone, is a province-level economic and technical development zone with a planning area of 43 square kilometers, it was constructed from 2001, the developed area is 10 square kilometers, nearly more than 200 enterprises have entered the zone. Basic infrastructure facilities within the zone have met “six supplies and one leveling" standard. Xx Economic Development Zone has been awarded “Ten of the Best Investment Environment Development Zone of Anhui” in two successive of 2005-2006 and 2007-2008. In 2008 NEDZ is awarded the title of “The First Choice for the Zhejiang Entrepreneur”. Development Zone Management Committee adopt “Handling zone Affairs in the Zone”, and closed management for the entered enterprises, adopt “One-stop Service” system, provide high-quality, uncorrupted, efficient and speedy service for the whole process of investment project with all efforts.
C. Content of Project Construction
With abundant copper mineral resources and regional advantage of mining, smelting, processing and recycling base since it is adjacent to Tonling, a 1990mu of copper product industrial park is planned to be built. Content of Project Construction are: a. copper, lead and zinc smelting; b. Breaking up and recovery of copper; c. All kinds of copper wire rod, sheet, strip, bar, section bar, tubing, powder, foam material processing; d. Recovery of gold, silver etc. rare metal. e. All kinds of manufacturing enterprises using copper as raw material.
