刚才看了客人的合同,我觉得有点不公平,我要求加上一个条款.A,买方应在见到副单副本二周内付清货款,如货到港而卖方未收到买方的货款可等同于卖方放弃该批货的所有权,卖方有权没收订金并处置货物.

买方应在见到副单副本二周内付清货款
the payment of the goods should be made in two weeks after the buyer receive the copy B/L.
如货到港而卖方未收到买方的货款可等同于买方放弃该批货的所有权
the buyer would be considerd to give up the property of the goods if the supplier hadn't receive the payment as soon as the the goods arrive in the port of destination.
卖方有权没收订金并处置货物
The supplier has the right to confiscate the subscription and deal with the goods.
