b). terms of payment remain 100% prepayment by bank wire swift transfer 3 - 5 days after signing purchases contract agreement with your firm. Please confirm your interest and acceptance.
c). Port of destination is Cotonou port in Benin, and Conakry port in Guinea.
d). That you should send a price quotes base on above specifications / sizes under Exw or FOB basis, as we shall arrange / organize freight transport of the monthly shipment from your nearest sea port at your place, so please do review and submit offers without delay. Kindly inform us port of loading for freight transport arrangements.

We are also happy that you will be able to produce both your offered sizes as well as sizes proposed by us as :50 x 80cm, 45 x 75cm, 41 x 63cm, 40 x 60cm, 29 x 37, 34 x 46, 30 х 47....
Our principal management will consider visuiting your factory after sealling the deal also subject to first monthly shipment delivery before making visit of your factory there in china, hope that this will meet your acceptance and approval.
That with your question, we reconfirm that YES as we mean 100% advanced prepayment transfer into your account after signing purchases contract with our principal whose is the sponsor / financier of this very 18 months purchases.
For your information, please be advice that as per confirmation from our Principal Management, 4 x 40 containers load of raschel bags will be require per month, which gives a total of 76 x 40ft mixed containers load of raschel bags. You will receive the 18 month purchases order forecast orders through email after our meeting with our principal management tomorrow.

We are presently studying your offers and price quotations for raschel bags and will give you official comments later today or tomorrow after our meeting with our principal management so that we might be able to send your round order for the 18 months purchases project. That we use this opportunity to confirm to you that your bags are exactly what we needs now, andsending you order is vital enough.
As disclossed here above, as to advance further in our negotiation with you which will leads to round 18 months purchases orders forecast booking, we shall appreciate your answer on the following matters as :-
a). We are negotiating with our principal managements for 18 months purchases orders supplies of 4 x 40ft containers load per month, though the buying organization may decides to start with 18 months round orders of 4 containers load per month with you, would you be able to handle it ?
b). As earlier mentioned here above, month purchases order quantity of 4 x 40ft mixed containers load of raschel bags per month, would you / your manufacturer would be able to handle it ?
c). An annual purchases order total quantity is 48 x 40ft mixed containers load. Then 18 months purchases order total quantity is 72 x 40ft mixed containers load raschel bags. With hope you will be able to handle it ? As patial shipment delivery is dully allow on a monthly basis, please reply urgent.
d). The 18 months / a years and half round purchases orders forecast would be send to you soonest after your reply.
e). Take note that arrangement are in place to cover 100% of the 18 months contractual purchases order total value after receiving confirmation and signing of contract purchases agreement with your firm by the buying organizations. Please reply without delay.
f). According the opinion of the buying organizations, all information related to this 18 months orders and full payment for this contract projects will seal with, as you will be recognise in the agreement as the sole exporter / supplier for this raschel bags, with all payment destine to your account in port, while you will finalise for the supplies after payment receive in your account, then follow production and delivery under FOB basis. Kindly reply / reconfirm this point right and correctly.
g). The buying organization are willing to make payment for all the 18 months round orders of 72 x 40ft containers load at once within 3 / 5 days after contract agreement endorsement. The buying organization usually agreed / accept to add about 15% or 20% of current contract value to the contract payment during the time of payment, thus for you the exporter / supplier to cover the possible increase in the raw material prices during the next 18 months of contract validity. So when issuing proforma invoice you should add 15% or 20% in the proforma invoice for the 72 x 40ft containers load round orders. Hope by this way you might be in more comfortable position to fulfil this very deal, please reply with your opinion and consent.
