一步曲:主动给买家留好评

  一旦收到买家的付款,即可为你的买家留下好评,感谢买家及时付款的同时,也给买家做出留评价的示范,所有买家都会对这种服务感到欣喜。

二步曲:发货时在包裹里附上感谢卡或者感谢信

  来自大洋彼岸的问候哪怕只言片语都能让整个冬天倍感温暖,特别是趁着节假日在包裹里附上感谢卡或者感谢信,感谢买家选择您的物品,为您事业的发展添砖加瓦,也别忘记提醒买家给您留下好评。

三步曲:邮件中提醒买家留好评

  由于跨国交易所需时间较长,买家可能在购买你商品后又购买了其他商品。这样当买家想为您留下评价时,很可能无法在第一页找到您的交易记录。这就需要卖家主动发邮件提醒买家为您的交易进行评价。

  ① 通过在线查询,确认买家已经收到物品的2-3天后,趁热打铁提醒买家给您做出评价,告诉买家留下评价对您的事业发展有着极大的推动作用。
