今天打开邮箱，发现一位谈过几次的客人发来一个“NONDISCLOSURE AND EXCLUSIVITY AGREEMENT”，说签了这个以后再谈合作的细节。里面是关于不能泄露合作的内容这方面的，一共有好几页呢。我要不要签呀？有没有危险？下面这段是其中一小部分 ，有兴趣的看看：NONDISCLOSURE AND EXCLUSIVITY AGREEMENT
For purposes of this agreement, the term "Discloser" means a party disclosing Confidential Information and the term "Recipient" means the recipient of Confidential Information. All references in this Agreement to Discloser and Recipient shall include the affiliates of such entities.
WHEREAS, “short name” and Company each desire to provide to the other certain confidential and proprietary information for the purposes of evaluating a possible commercial relationship between them ("Business Transaction"); and
WHEREAS, each party seeks to induce the other party to enter into exclusive discussions regarding the Business Transaction; and
WHEREAS, each party is willing to disclose such information for the other party's internal use to conduct such evaluation only and subject to the restrictions set forth below.
THEREFORE, the parties have reached a consensus on the following provisions through fair negotiation:

就是个保密协议呀。反正大点，认为自己技术是资产的公司都会要求签的。你看看违约条款的，正规的都没问题，特别严格的会到你公司看过才给签的。
只要你不把他们的项目任何内容发出去，对你没有损失。
