看到一篇文章，好象是关于worldbid收购eceurope的，本人英语不好，发上来大家看看！Worldbid Corporation (OTC BB: WBID) is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of the assets of its competitor, ECeurope.com.
ECeurope.com was acquired in 2002 from The City of London Group. As a result of this acquisition, Worldbid Corporation has increased the existing paying subscriber base and website traffic, which has resulted in additional revenues and exposure for Worldbid Inc.
In addition to this acquisition, Worldbid is pleased to announce a partnership with Europages.com (managed by Euedit S.A., Paris) to bring The European Business Directory to members of the ECeurope.com website.
"We are very pleased with the results so far from our acquisition of ECeurope.com, and very excited about the prospect of offering valuable services such as The European Business Directory to its clients," says Worldbid COO, Paul Wagorn.
The European Business Directory was created from cooperation among national Yellow Pages publishers in Europe, and was created to boost cross-border trade within the European Countries. Europages publishes a yearly selection of 500,000 European suppliers and active exporters from 33 countries. These businesses benefit from Europages' widespread circulation to advertise their products. One million copies are sent each year to purchasing managers Europe-wide.
