Reimbursement charge USD65.00 for the account of beneficiary. A document handing fee of USD40.00 payble by the beneficialy. A discrepancy fee of USD75.00 is payable by beneficiary for each drawing presented which does not strictly comply with terms of this letter of credit and which has to be referred to applicant.这些都是国外银行的什么扣费呀？？？

A document handing fee (文件操作费）
A discrepancy fee（不符点扣费）

有“A discrepancy fee”则相应地会产生“银行电报费”，这个也是免不了的……
