Mee Annie- i am financing the orders so i am placing the order from HK
Mee Annie- technically i have to use the product in this region
Mee Annie- and not export to India as they have their own agents there
Mee Annie- the prices they quote in india are considerably higher
Mee Annie- i need your help to set up a company
Mee Annie- they will create a website also
Mee Annie- and then some of the products we can import thru that company direct to china
Mee Annie- i can then have a forwarder pick up and re ship to india
Mee Annie- If you have a company we can use then, the client can offer US$100 per deal as a service fee.
He will be have about 15 - 20 shipments

Actually what I need is very simple.
A company registered in a Factory name. I will buy products for your factory and have them shipped directly to you.
You will clear and receive the goods. And then I will get forwarding agent to pick up and ship it for me. Technically
you don’t need export license. My forwarding agent will handle all that. Or sometimes the parcels are very small and
you can dhl it to me. Let me know if this is workable. But you must not have any legal problems. We want this to be
safe for everyone. Check on it with your friends.

我要考虑以后产生的费用,然后考虑注册这个公司,我合算不?
